 The Journal of Insights in Nutrition and Metabolism, aims to disseminate knowledge and promote discussion through the publication of peer-reviewed, high quality research papers on all topics related to Nutrition and Metabolism, Additionally this journal aims to cover integrative fields of food, nutrients, food product development, food safety and benefit; food microbiology, food-borne pathogens, and fermentation; food engineering, functional food factor, nutritional biochemistry, nutritional physiology, molecular nutrition, molecular gastronomy, poor nutrition, balanced eating, novel ingredients and nutrigenomics, obesity, diabetes, clinical genetics and epidemiological studies that describe methodologies, mechanisms, and associations in metabolic relation to diabetes and nutrition-related diseases.

The open access journal is published by Allied Academies International who hosts around 400 open access peer-reviewed journals as well as organizes more than 100 International scientific Conferences. The Journal is successfully running which covers a wide variety of specialties including implements integration of nutrition, exercise physiology, clinical investigations, and molecular and cellular biochemistry of metabolism.

The Journal emphasizes high-level research and education. Original research articles, reviews, short communications, and letters to the editors in the fields of Nutrition and Metabolism are welcome. Every effort is made to have a speedy and critical peer-review process.

After submission, an acknowledgement with manuscript number is sent to the corresponding author within 7 working days. A 21-day window time frame is allotted for peer-review process wherein multiple experts are contacted. Author proof is generated within 7 working days after the acceptance decision. The HTML and PDF formats of the accepted articles are hosted on the website. The journal publishes the articles under open access policy with creative commons attribution license [CC-BY-NC 4.0] permitting third party reuse with appropriate citation in addition to the retention of content copyright by the author. In addition to archiving, the published articles are also promoted through various scientific and social media as well as through International indexation and abstracting services.
